Ordino - Bulk Order Form
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Ordino - Bulk Order Form (“the App”) is a Shopify app operated by ecomfaktory (“we”, “us”). It lets a store's wholesale buyers paste or upload a list of SKUs and quantities and fill their cart. This policy explains what the App stores and how that information is used.
What we store about your store
- Store information: your shop's domain name.
- Access credentials: an access token that lets the App read your products on your behalf. We never see or store your Shopify password.
- Plan status: whether your subscription is active, and its name, so the form can be switched on or off.
What we store about your buyers
Only if a logged-in buyer chooses to save an order list, the App stores:
- the name the buyer gave the list (for example “Weekly order”);
- the product codes (SKUs or barcodes) and quantities in the list;
- the buyer's Shopify customer ID, an internal number that Shopify provides so each buyer only sees their own lists. It does not contain a name or email address.
A buyer can delete a list at any time from the form.
What we do not store
The App does not store your customers' names, email addresses, postal addresses or payment details, and it does not read or change your orders. The codes a buyer pastes are used to look up your products and are not kept, unless the buyer saves them as a list.
What the App reads from your store
To turn a code into a product, the App looks up your products by SKU or barcode (the read_products permission). It returns the product name and variant to the buyer's browser and does not save the result.
What the App changes in your store
On first use, the App creates one page called “Quick order” in your store (the write_online_store_pages permission), so you do not have to. You can edit, rename or delete it at any time; the App never creates it again. The App does not read or change any of your other pages.
Cookies and tracking
The App sets no cookies and includes no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Who processes data for us
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. It is processed only by:
- Shopify, the platform the App runs on.
- Railway, which hosts the App and its database. Short-term server logs may contain your shop's domain.
Keeping and deleting data
When you uninstall the App, your access credentials are deleted and your plan status is reset. Shopify then tells us to erase the rest of your store's data, and we delete your store record and every saved list within 48 hours. When Shopify tells us that a customer asked for their data to be erased, we delete that buyer's saved lists. If Shopify asks for a copy of a buyer's data, we provide it by email.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you or your store, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to support@ecomfaktory.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights set out in data protection law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the App.
