To help us help you
- Your store address (yourshop.myshopify.com).
- Where the problem shows: product page, cart, Thank-you page, order status page or email.
- What you expected and what you see. A screenshot is very helpful.
Three quick checks
- The date doesn't show on your store: in the theme editor, open App embeds and make sure “ByDate” is on.
- No holidays, or the wrong timezone: in the app's Delivery time page, choose the country you ship from and save.
- Nothing on the Thank-you or order status page: open the checkout editor and add the app's block to that page.
