Your wholesale buyers already have their order in a spreadsheet. Let them paste it, and fill their cart in one step.
What it does
Paste or upload
Buyers paste SKUs or barcodes with quantities straight from Excel, or upload a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file. Formats such as “SKU, 12”, “SKU x 12” and “12 x SKU” are understood.
Check before ordering
A table shows each product with its quantity and a clear status: ready, not found or not available. Buyers can fix quantities or remove lines before anything reaches the cart.
Works with Shopify B2B
Your catalogs, prices and quantity rules are applied by Shopify in the cart and checkout, exactly as for any other order. Buyers keep their company, payment terms and PO number.
Saved lists
Logged-in buyers save a list such as “Weekly order” and load it again with one click. They can also copy a link to a ready-made cart.
No theme code
Add the “Quick order form” block to any page from the theme editor. Choose the heading and the button colour.
In your buyers' language
The form is available in English, Italian, French, German and Spanish, and shows the language your buyer browses in.

The form works on every Shopify plan that includes B2B. Prices and quantity rules for each company come from your Shopify B2B catalogs.
Your data
The app stores your store's settings and, if your buyers use saved lists, those lists. It never stores your customers' names, emails, addresses or payment details. Read the privacy policy for details, or ask us anything.
